Earl Morrison wrote a book on leadership lessons that turned into a business. Founded in 2017, Leading and Learning with Character combines Earl's extensive law enforcement training, his business background and his faith into a mission that champions the principles of integrity, excellence and spiritual well-being.  

After termination from three police chief positions, Earl gleaned invaluable lessons that shape his company, emphasizing the importance of reflection without regret. 

Central to his company's culture are four scriptures - among them Proverbs 27:17 'Iron Sharpens Iron'- which serve as foundational principles guiding the work. "We have a passion to mentor and help people become better," Earl explains.
